Feed Your Horse's Inner WILD Side (LINK)

You will have noticed that the blog has been a bit intermittent lately. This range of herbal mixes is one of the reasons for that.
I can now let you in on our new secret.
I've formulated specifically as highly concentreated and therefore economical top dressings for wet or dry hay rations -- you'll notice a lot less waste with hay when you use these blends!
They have been independently analyzed and guaranteed at combined sugar and starch levels of 10 percent or less, which is important for horses who need their hay rations soaked to remove the sugar and starch content so as not to aggravate their metabolic disorders.
Soaked hay can be a little boring so the aim of these blends was to help bring different natural environments to these horses.
These exclusively formulated, highly concentrated 100% Organic Herbal Terrain Hay Mixers are the first of their kind in the world. They will appeal to knowledgeable horse owners who:
*** Realize that wild horses travel various terrains in search of herbs and whole foods and that their domesticated counterparts also need and crave the adventure of this natural experience.
*** Care for and feed their horses in the most natural, healthy and responsible ways possible.
*** Know the critical importance of quality and research when buying any herbal product -- and so look for an independent lab analysis.
*** Understand that horses are herbivores and therefore, by their very emotional and physical constitution, desire herbs.
To research the blends, I made a long list for each terrain, then went and had some quiet time in a place that was by the ocean, in a meadow or wood, or a dry stony environment. The herbs that ‘felt’ they would give the horses on these diets a touch of each environment then jumped out of the page and became our blends. To make sure they stayed with the low sugar theme Lori adheres to, she then had each blend analyzed so that they fitted with her paradigm. What we created was something I feel is quite special.
What started out as a project has now become something any horse can experience by sprinkling these combinations over any feed. Your horse doesn't have to have special dietary needs to enjoy a different terrain each day and with knowing the analysis of each blend.
Your pony in her 'weight loss' yard or the older toothless horse only able to eat mash, can also escape into the natural world their feed can now take them to. So too can any horse who is reliant on you to supply him with nourishment.
