Is your pet doing your stuff?

Does your cat always seem to sniffle when you walk into the room, or your dog has itchy skin the vet just can't seem to get on top of? As animals are often referred to as service creatures, your pets may just be doing your stuff. We often don't look beneath the surface of our own issues so when it comes time that we can no longer avoid dealing with an irritation in our own lives our animals may just pick that time to develop symptoms like sinus or hay fever to signal to us we have neglected that sort of issue.
Your dog's skin issues may mean you have neglected your own health. How have your bowels been working this week, month or my goodness have you been ignoring them for much longer. Maybe its time to look at your asthma medication and make that postponed appointment with your doctor. As your skin is the major elimination organ of the body, what part of you may not be eliminating effectively or alternatively what do you need to clean out of your house?
It is worth becoming more aware of what your animals may be trying to tell you, they can't verbalise in our language but if you become more aware of their subtle nature, you may find your life is able to flow smoothly and you can catch yourself before you create too much anxiety.
