Study Equine Aromatherapy

August 31st 2007 01:55
study equine aromatherapy

This course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of essential oils with horses. To show they have comprehended the notes and recommended reading, there is an assignment to be completed and returned with the cover sheet provided. It is suggested that each student complete each assignment within a calendar month.

The participant will gain confidence with the practical application of essential oils to work with horses on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. To ensure they obtain support students have access to their private email community to discuss amongst themselves areas they need guidance on. The list is monitored and information is posted on a regular basis. When articles that support their material have been published they are then provided to the students via this medium. Catherine Bird is also available to assist students with matters that they may not wish to discuss on the list.

Catherine, I don't know about the horses but I think it would be very pleasant for the humans.

What I like Katyzz is the humans get the benefit while helping the horse, so its a nice win-win for all involved.

thanks for popping in, your comments are always appreciated.

Thanks Jelena, I also enjoy getting your assignments.

We had to figure out a way around the unreliable mail service between Australia and Croatia for you, but it was well worth it.

I am so pleased you want to follow on with more studies, I set the course up to encourage this, when I first started teaching it there was no material out there, so we had to rely on human references, so my intention was the more you obtained from human sources, you can then translate that across easily to horses with the foundation I have given you.

Thanks for your comments.

Yes I'm continuing my education, currently working on my human aromatherapy certificate with Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy and starting my equine massage with Equissage. I think it's going to be a life long education. With every course I want to learn more. You are my constant inspiration and I thank you for that.

Thanks Anon, I think it all becomes a journey.

It is a good day if I learn something and horse challenges me to think a little differently
